The Yaffed Sustainers are a passionate and determined group of monthly givers on a mission to end educational neglect in ultra-Orthodox yeshivas in our lifetime. Yaffed Sustainers are eager, active supporters who know that we can’t stand idly by while thousands of children attend daily schooling without math, English, science, and social studies. The way to ensure a robust basic education alongside their Judaic education is through advocacy, community organizing, and awareness raising; all of which the Yaffed team is engaged in every day.

- Ongoing legal work, supporting individual parents/ students in their fight for an education as well as compelling state and local governments to act on this issue
- Outreach, scholarships, and referral services to community members who are seeking educational resources or advancement
- Data collection that will support local authorities to lift education standards in yeshivas
- Consistent support helps us to strategize and plan effectively
